From North Sea roots
Marnford began as a small operations consultancy supporting mature North Sea fields. We listened to operators first, then shaped our work around the realities of running production safely.
Into an independent operator
That work grew into a formal upstream practice: acquiring and operating non-core oil and gas assets, with the engineering and energy services that keep fields producing responsibly through late life.
Where we operate
Today we focus on offshore and onshore interests in the United Kingdom and adjacent basins, with a growing book of lower-carbon and decommissioning work.
Where we are today
Quiet wins matter most: assets that stay producing, handovers that make sense, and decommissioning plans that leave the environment in better shape than we found it.
